About the Role:

We're looking for a Mid-Senior Offshore Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end--UI to microservices--in a fast-moving, distributed team. You'll design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that power our core products, with a particular emphasis on expanding our microservices architecture and delivering performant, reliable APIs.

What You Will Be Doing:

Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and its core principles. Build and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design and implement scalable and secure microservices-based applications. Manage and interact with databases, including MongoDB, DocumentDB, and PostgreSQL. Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and processes. Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs. Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality. Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What We Want To See:

3-5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Proven experience in developing and deploying applications using the MERN/PERN stack. Demonstrable experience with microservices architecture. Experience working in an offshore or remote team environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax. In-depth knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem. Strong understanding of Node.js and the Express.js framework. Experience with both NoSQL (MongoDB, DocumentDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases. Solid understanding of API design and development best practices. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker is a plus.
