Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Full-Stack Developer Intern (Digital Twin & Web Platform) located in Mumbai. You will play a key role in building the digital twin web platform that powers Aero Robotics' inspection and maintenance solutions. Alongside the core web stack, you will also contribute to AI model development and training large language models (LLMs) that learn from turbine inspection data, making the system smarter and more predictive with every deployment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
frontend dashboards
for turbine digital twins, including:
3D blade/turbine visualization
Defect heatmaps and inspection logs
Real-time device and sensor data feeds
Build and optimize
backend services
(APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure) to support robotic data ingestion from crawlers and UT manipulators.
Collaborate with AI/Robotics teams to
integrate inspection datasets
(visual, ultrasonic, thermal).
Support the
development and training of AI models
for defect detection, predictive maintenance, and anomaly classification.
Assist in
training LLMs
on turbine inspection logs, operator notes, and multi-site data to create intelligent maintenance assistants for operators.
Implement
reporting and analytics modules
(PDF/CSV exports, ESG compliance, ROI metrics).
Ensure
security and scalability
of the SaaS platform (multi-tenant architecture, GDPR readiness).
Support deployment of pilots with global wind energy clients (India & EU)
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of
JavaScript/TypeScript
and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).
Experience with
Node.js, Python, or Go
for backend development.
Familiarity with
databases
(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar) and
REST/GraphQL APIs
.
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Interest in
data visualization, 3D rendering (Three.js, WebGL), or digital twin platforms
.
Bonus: Experience with
AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), LLM fine-tuning, or IoT data ingestion
