Company Description Sahaj Gaming, a venture-funded startup founded by IIT/IIM alumni, is all set to test some audacious hypotheses to disrupt the domestic & international online gaming segment. We are building a team of talented, passionate and borderline-crazy individuals to achieve this vision. Responsibilities Product Design- Execute the end-to-end design process, crafting concepts and delivering product designs that align with our platform users\' needs, business objectives, and industry standards. Asset Creation- Create a wide range of digital assets, including illustrations, icons, images, and other visual elements that support our digital products and brand. Marketing Collaterals- Design promotional materials, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and printed materials. Ensure marketing collateral is visually compelling, aligns with our brand, and effectively communicates our messages to the target audience. Motion Graphics- Create engaging motion videos and animations that delight and inform users, enhancing the overall user experience. Communication Design- Good Storytelling; knowledge of design principles Prototyping- Knowing prototyping in Figma/Principle is an added advantage Requirements Experience- 3+ years of Hands-on Experience in designing, asset creation and creative design. Technical Skills- Proficiency in a range of software such as Adobe Suits(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. 3D software like Blender is an added advantage. Visual & Conceptual Skills- Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions. User-Centric Approach- A user-centric mindset puts herself/himself in the user\'s shoes to generate ideas. Problem-Solving Skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong affinity towards a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Communication Skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Trend Awareness- Knowledge and awareness of the latest UI/UX/Visual trends.
