They get 15 to 20 inbound leads per day on their Instagram account and someone to convert them to paying leads. They are not looking for someone who needs their hand held; they need someone who takes initiative, thinks for themselves, provides ideas, and turns conversations into clients.
What They're Doing Right Now:

• Sending them a personalised compliment after receiving their dm

• Connecting with them, qualifying them, and providing them with details about their service

• Hop on a call if required or record a 60-second intro video explaining the service

Your Role:

• Manage live chats and do regular follow-ups.

• Identify high-quality leads and close them

• Provide feedback and help the client refine the system

• Be the frontline communicator for the brand

Must-Haves:

• Stable WiFi & an iphone

• Available in EST timezone - 9am to 5pm EST

• Obsessed with mastering your craft and always learning

• 1-2 years of Experience in DM sales/appointment setting (instant hire if you've got case studies or referrals)

• Understand Instagram culture, slang, tone, and how to sound like a real person (not a robot)

Compensation
Base Salary: USD $300 to $1000 per month (Depending on experience)
Potential to make commissions: $1000 to $5000 per month (Depending on your performance)
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with leads on Instagram, including responding to DMs, story replies, comments, and other forms of engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is genuinely interested in people and enjoys having real, meaningful conversations.
• Qualify and convert leads by booking them into scheduled sales calls or closing low-ticket offers directly via chat. In some cases, you may also need to jump on a quick phone call to guide the client through the next steps via a video.
• Manage daily communications and ensure timely responses throughout the day. You should be comfortable using emojis and maintaining a warm, light-hearted tone that builds genuine rapport with leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the client's tracking sheets and follow up consistently to ensure no lead falls through the cracks, maximising conversion opportunities at every stage.

Working Hours
9 am to 5 pm EST
Must be available to respond to new messages promptly throughout the day
Required Qualifications

• A positive, humble, and grounded personality
• Must be available to work in the US time zone - 9am to 5pm EST.
• Must be able to handle objections and rejections gracefully while remaining respectful, positive, and professional in every interaction.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience with Instagram messaging is a must, including the right use of emojis and a natural ability to build genuine, personal connections with potential clients
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results remotely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Prior experience in appointment setting or a similar sales or customer support role is preferred
