Technical skills

• Patient Assessment and evaluation
• Hemodynamic Management : Recognition & management of ENT bleed
• Management of ENT bleed such as packing
• Recognition and resuscitative measures for stridor and breathing difficulty
• Procedures and skills (Basic) :

• 
  Tracheostomy tube placement

• Nasal endoscopy

• Wax removal

• Suturing

• Anterior Nasal packing

• 
  Procedures and skills (Advanced):

• 
  Tracheostomy

• Post nasal packing

• Oropharyngeal packing

• 
  Postoperative care

Interpersonal Skills

• Patients & Attendants Counseling
• Effective Co-ordination with team during the procedure
• Contribute through their research, to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
• Liasoning within & outside departments (ICU's / Pre Op & Post Op)
