Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer - Data Analyst at CoachX in Pune. The Trainer - Data Analyst is responsible for conducting live learning sessions, delivering training on data analysis techniques, guiding and mentoring learners, providing doubt-solving support, and offering resume and LinkedIn profile guidance. The Trainer - Data Analyst will also assist with placement assistance for learners.

Responsibilities

Create engaging and interactive learning materials, such as presentations, exercises, and case studies. Conduct live online training sessions on Weekdays and weekends Conducting new trainer Interviews Reviewing feedback by another trainers Assess learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects and give them the grades to improve with detailed feedback Conducting mock interviews of learners and giving them the grades to improve with detailed feedback Provide feedback and support to learners to help them achieve their learning objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and incorporate them into training programs. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials and methods based on learner feedback. Training Sales executives on product roadmap and course offerings You will continually upgrade the syllabus that covers various aspects of data analysis, from basic to advanced levels according to industry standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis techniques Proficiency in data visualization tools and software Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor and guide learners effectively Experience in conducting training sessions Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Experience with placement assistance for learners is a plus Proven experience in training in Data Analyst, Data Scientist domains
Office Timings

Saturday Sunday Working and weekly off on Thursday.

Office Timing 9-30 to 6-30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,206.79 per month
