We are seeking a full-time, professional, and hygiene-conscious chef to prepare healthy vegetarian meals for home and office. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health food, able to manage meal preparation for multiple people, and flexible to work across home and office locations. This role requires proactive planning, excellent cooking skills, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meal Preparation
Prepare
healthy vegetarian meals
for home and office, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea/coffee, and dinner.
Experiment with
new health food recipes
and ingredients sourced online or from markets.
Handle meal preparation for a crowd of up to 20 people.
Ensure food is ready for serving with proper
presentation
(not serving personally).
Maintain
kitchen readiness
, including preparation lists, ingredient organization, and cleanliness of cooking utensils.
2. Procurement & Inventory
Purchase fresh ingredients from markets or suppliers as required.
Ensure stock of essential kitchen items, condiments, and ingredients.
Maintain inventory and alert for replenishment in advance.
3. Work Schedule & Locations
Prepare
breakfast at home
, lunch, and then report to office for tea/coffee service till 5 PM.
Return home in the evening for
dinner preparation
.
Be flexible to work at both
home and office
locations.
Bike and shelter provided if needed for commuting.
4. Hygiene & Personal Grooming
Always maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene.
Nails should be clean and trimmed, hair well-groomed, and face clean-shaven.
No burns, marks, or visible injuries on hands or face; no hair on hands or fingers.
Ensure
kitchen cleanliness and utensil hygiene
are maintained strictly.
5. Kitchen Maintenance
Wash cooking utensils if required.
Keep kitchen and workspace organized, clean, and ready for meal preparation.
Ensure that all food preparation follows health and safety standards.
