Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with billing and payment.
Scan items, ensure correct pricing, and issue receipts or bills.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment modes responsibly.
Maintain accuracy in daily cash handling and balance the register at the end of the shift.
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with required materials.
Handle customer queries or complaints politely and efficiently.
Support other store operations as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Basic knowledge of computers or billing software.
Good communication and numerical skills.
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
Willingness to work
full-time, especially during evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
