As a Development Team Leader (Full Stack), you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise. You will lead a team of developers to ensure the successful execution of projects, with a focus on both backend (70%) and frontend (30%) development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java Spring, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee frontend development tasks, utilizing technologies such as React and TypeScript to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Implement best practices for debugging, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-7 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java Spring for backend development.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of databases and experience working with Kubernetes and Microservices.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn on the job.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a team, including mentoring and task assignments.
