Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and

maintaining frontend and backend systems that power our core financial products.

You will collaborate with NYC-based product leaders, designers, and engineers across

time zones to deliver high-quality features quickly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern

frameworks and technologies.

? Build scalable backend services and APIs to support web and mobile

applications.

? Develop responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces with a strong focus on

usability and performance.

? Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a global,

remote environment.

? Implement and maintain secure authentication, authorization, and data

protection standards.

? Develop and integrate financial features such as payments, dashboards,

transaction flows, and reporting.

? Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

? Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

? Ensure code quality, test coverage, and deployment readiness.

? Adapt quickly to evolving startup requirements and take ownership of features

end to end.

Required Qualifications

? 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

? Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks

such as React, Next.js, or Angular.

? Solid backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python

(Django/FastAPI).

? Experience designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

? Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL,

MySQL, MongoDB).

? Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or similar.

? Strong understanding of Git, version control, and collaborative workflows.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to work effectively with global teams and overlap with NYC (EST)

working hours.

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Finance / Fintech Experience (Strong Plus)

? Experience working on financial, fintech, or payments-based applications.

? Understanding of financial data flows, transactions, and reporting.

Nice to Have

? Experience with mobile or cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter).

? Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps practices.

? Exposure to microservices architecture.

? Experience working in startup environments.

? Prior collaboration with US-based or international teams.

Working Hours & Collaboration

? Ability to work 4-5 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (EST)

? Experience working with distributed, global teams

? Strong communication skills in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
