The

Senior Core PHP Developer at Style Feathers

will lead backend ERP development, architect scalable systems, and build robust modules for ERP and e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong expertise in

Core PHP, MySQL, React, Node.js, and server management,

along with problem-solving ability and team leadership skills to drive development excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

Core PHP-based ERP modules

Architect scalable backend systems and APIs Develop

frontend components using React

Build and manage

Node.js services/backend utilities

Write

clean, reusable, optimized, and secure

code Optimize application performance and database efficiency Lead and mentor junior developers; provide technical guidance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines Manage database design, indexing, performance tuning, and data integrity Integrate third-party APIs, services, and automation tools Troubleshoot and debug backend & integration issues Handle

server deployment, hosting, and environment management

Ensure system security, backup management, and uptime reliability

Skills & Competencies Must-Have Technical Skills

Core PHP - Advanced Proficiency (Mandatory)

React (Frontend Development - Mandatory)

Node.js (Backend & Services - Mandatory)

Server Knowledge (Linux Hosting, Deployment, SSH, Cron Jobs, SSL, Security, etc.)--Mandatory

MySQL, Query Optimization, Database Architecture REST API Development & Integration Git / Version Control & Deployment Process Strong knowledge of application security best practices

Soft Skills

Qualifications

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc IT / M.Sc IT or equivalent

3-5+ years of hands-on Core PHP Development

Proven experience leading backend or full-stack teams Experience in ERP/SAAS/large-scale applications preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Stability, security, and scalability of ERP system Timely completion & delivery of development milestones Performance optimization & code quality standards Effective mentorship and knowledge sharing within team Zero-downtime integration of third-party services

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
