Job Overview:

We are looking for a

proactively tech-savvy UI/UX Designer & Developer

who stays ahead of the latest trends in design and development. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in

user interface design, user experience strategy, and front-end development

to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

?Design and develop

modern, user-friendly, and responsive

UI/UX for websites, mobile apps, and web applications

? Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like

Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

?Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end code

using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks

? Implement

interactive and engaging UI elements

using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular

? Optimize websites/apps for

performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

?Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing

to enhance user experience

? Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams for a seamless digital experience

? Stay updated with the

latest UI/UX design trends, development tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise:

UI/UX Design:

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

Front-End Development:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

Frameworks:

React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap

Prototyping & Wireframing:

Figma, Balsamiq, InVision

Version Control:

Git, GitHub, GitLab

Animation & Micro-Interactions:

GSAP, Lottie, Framer Motion

Testing & Performance:

Lighthouse, Web Vitals, A/B Testing

SEO & Accessibility:

WCAG, SEO Best Practices

Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking

Nice-to-Have Skills:

? Experience with

UI/UX for SaaS, E-commerce, or Enterprise applications

? Knowledge of Web3, AI/ML-based UI, and No-Code tools

? Experience with Headless CMS, JAMstack, and Serverless Architecture

? Understanding of backend technologies like Node.js, Firebase, or Python
