We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer and Website Developer to join our Indian office and lead projects from concept through to final design and version delivery. Our mission is to deliver fast, modern, and scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and modern UI layouts for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation. Deliver all required design assets and documentation for handoff. Maintain consistent brand and design standards across all projects. Develop responsive, high-performance web and mobile apps using modern frameworks such as React, React Native, or Flutter. Work alongside designers and project leads to implement UI/UX mockups effectively. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend systems using Node.js, Firebase, etc. Write clean, well-documented code and provide regular updates on project progress. Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of applications. Work independently and manage project milestones and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive app or web design work. Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design. Ability to deliver fast iterations and adapt based on feedback, including providing daily 3-minute reports. Excellent communication skills and professional reliability. Proven freelance experience in delivering web or mobile projects. Strong development skills with React, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, and Firebase. Understanding of databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar. Experience using Git and collaborative development tools. Ability to work within defined budgets and deliverables. Fluent in written and verbal English.
