Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development in Full Stack MERN development.
Create engaging and interactive learning environments, fostering a collaborative atmosphere conducive to learning.
Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding and practical application of the MERN stack.
Keep training materials and curriculum up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Assist in mentoring and guiding trainees through projects and real-world scenarios to reinforce their learning.
Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to enhance the training program's effectiveness.
Requirements
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
Skills: Strong proficiency in Frontend & Backend for web development.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, Node Js and related technologies.
Experience in designing and conducting training programs or workshops, preferably in a technical field is plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
