Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in full stack development. You will work with learners of varying skill levels, providing hands-on instruction and mentorship in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js for the back end. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and integrate them with front-end applications. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Qualification and Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, showcasing a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in front-end technologies, especially React.js, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Solid experience with back-end development using Node.js and Python frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Flask). Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
