We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver hands-on, industry-focused training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching front-end and back-end technologies, guiding learners through real-world projects, and preparing them for full stack developer roles.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom, online, or hybrid training sessions in full stack development Teach front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue Teach back-end technologies: Node.js, Java/Python/.NET, REST APIs Train on databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Explain software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best coding practices Guide students through hands-on labs, assignments, and live projects Review code, conduct assessments, and provide technical feedback Prepare students for interviews, coding tests, and real-world development work Update curriculum to align with current industry standards Maintain training reports and student progress records
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in full stack development Proficiency in front-end and back-end frameworks Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and server-side concepts Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control systems Familiarity with cloud basics (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or technical instructor Experience with MERN / MEAN / Java Full Stack / Python Full Stack Knowledge of DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes - a plus) Relevant technical certifications

Pay: ₹320,172.58 - ₹605,184.75 per year
