Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Development Trainer specializing in Python, Java, C, and C++. The role is based in Chennai. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, developing curriculum materials, assisting learners in grasping technical concepts, and conducting assessments to measure learning outcomes. The role involves engaging with learners to foster professional growth by ensuring the practical application of technical knowledge.

Qualifications

Expertise in Training & Development and delivering technical programs Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage and instruct learners effectively Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) processes related to training and professional development Experience in designing and implementing curriculum materials Proficiency in Python, Java, C, and C++ Ability to mentor and guide learners towards achieving technical mastery Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the education or training sector is a plus Salary range for this role is 15k to 20k, experienced can go upto 25k
