Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Full Stack Development Trainer

who can deliver engaging and practical training sessions to students. The trainer should be proficient in both

frontend and backend

technologies and capable of mentoring students through project-based learning and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live online training sessions on Full Stack Development (MERN / MEAN / Java / Python stack). Deliver interactive lectures, live coding sessions, and hands-on exercises. Design curriculum, assignments, and real-time projects aligned with current industry standards. Guide students through problem-solving, debugging, and portfolio/project building. Provide feedback, conduct assessments, and ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Required Technical Skills (Any one or more stacks):Frontend:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) React.js / Angular / Vue.js Bootstrap / Tailwind / Material UI

Backend:

Node.js with Express.js Java Spring Boot / Python Django / Flask RESTful APIs, Authentication & Authorization

Database:

MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL

Other Skills:

Git & GitHub Deployment on AWS / Heroku / Render / Vercel Understanding of Agile / SDLC processes

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Prior experience in teaching/training (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passionate about mentoring and helping students succeed in their careers.
