Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Trainer with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience to join our team in Madanapalle. This is a full-time position that involves delivering comprehensive training in full stack development to our students.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in full stack development (Mandatory skill).

Proficiency in delivering engaging and effective training sessions on web development technologies.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Expertise in database management, including relational and non-relational databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle technical challenges efficiently.

Strong communication skills to present complex concepts in an accessible manner.

Ability to create comprehensive and easy-to-understand training materials.

Experience in mentoring and guiding students to achieve their learning goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct full stack development training sessions covering front-end and back-end technologies.

Design and develop training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.

Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them succeed in their learning journey.

Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the training content is current and relevant.

Assist in the placement process by preparing students for job interviews and technical assessments.

Collaborate with the CNR EdTech team to continuously improve the training programs and offerings.

Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment for all students.
