Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Proficiency in tools/IDEs such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, MySQL, Git/GitHub.
Familiarity with frameworks:
Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven
, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching/training experience is a
plus
but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a bonus.
Knowledge of
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
and version control systems.
Ability to connect with students and create an engaging learning environment.
