Tech Lead - Full Stack (Python, Node.js, React, Angular, AWS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead who is not just a manager but a strong executor -- someone who writes production-grade code, drives delivery, and mentors the engineering team. You will work closely with the CTO to define and implement the product roadmap, own end-to-end system design, and ensure the team builds high-quality, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of SaaS modules with a focus on performance, scalability, and security Code hands-on while guiding and mentoring a team of full-stack engineers Work closely with Product and Design to convert ideas into robust and maintainable technical solutions Drive development across: Backend: either Python (Django, DRF) OR Node.js (Express, API integrations) Frontend: React (modern hooks, reusable components), Angular (for legacy systems & feature updates) Cloud/DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC) DataBase: Postgres, MySQL Set and enforce engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD, observability, and security Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, cost-efficient, and easily maintainable Contribute to technical hiring, sprint planning, and code reviews
Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of full-stack development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role Strong execution ability: able to own features end-to-end and guide others to do the same Proficiency in: Python (Django, DRF) Node.js (Express or similar frameworks) React (state management, component design) Angular (routing, legacy support, component-based updates) Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud deployment pipelines Experience with RESTful API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and async processing (e.g., Celery, SQS) Practical knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) Strong debugging, architectural, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, with a product-driven mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in SaaS security/compliance (SOC 2, multi-tenancy, data privacy) Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) or container orchestration (ECS, EKS) Exposure to document processing, PDF parsing, or Generative AI tools
