Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend

Develop clean, responsive UI using

React / Next.js

Convert wireframes into functional dashboards and flows

Backend

Build backend services and REST APIs using

Node.js

or

Python (FastAPI)

Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling Integrate business logic for assessments, recommendations, marketplace flows, and reporting

Database

Design and manage relational schemas Optimize queries and ensure data integrity

AI & Integrations

Integrate

LLM APIs

(eg. OpenAI / Gemini) Support

RAG-based

features (embeddings, search, retrieval) Implement third-party tools such as payment gateways, email/SMS services, and communication workflows

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with the founder and project manager Build features end-to-end: design ? development ? testing ? release

Required Skills

Proficiency with

React / Next.js

Strong experience in

Node.js

or

Python (FastAPI)

SQL proficiency (PostgreSQL or MySQL) Experience shipping and maintaining

production systems

Strong understanding of REST APIs and authentication (JWT, cookies, sessions) Git/GitHub

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating

LLMs

into applications Familiarity with

RAG workflows

(embeddings, vector search) UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI) Third-party integrations (Razorpay, SendGrid, SMS APIs)
Experience deploying apps on

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
