Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Design and Development:

Develop and update course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessment tools, covering Python fundamentals, advanced concepts, and web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

Instruction Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in a classroom or online setting, using various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Hands-on Guidance:

Provide practical guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them with projects, assignments, and troubleshooting.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions, providing constructive feedback and support.

Staying Current:

Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other instructors and departments to enhance the training curriculum and ensure consistency.

Student Support:

Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and portfolio development to help students succeed in their job search.
Required Skills and Experience:

Python Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

Web Development:

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Angular) and back-end technologies (Python frameworks like Django, Flask).

Database Management:

Knowledge of database design, SQL, and ORM implementation.

Version Control:

Experience with Git and other version control systems.

Teaching and Communication:

Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot coding issues and provide solutions to students.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience as a Python full-stack developer is often preferred.

Pay: ?369,118.32 - ?1,620,879.89 per year

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
