Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions on
Python Full Stack Development
Guide learners on backend development using
Python frameworks (Django / Flask)
Provide mentoring on frontend technologies such as
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frameworks
Support learners in database concepts including
SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Assist students with hands-on projects, assignments, and debugging
Review code and provide constructive technical feedback
Maintain training documentation and follow the defined curriculum
Track learner progress and provide performance updates
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Python programming
Experience with
Django or Flask
Understanding of
frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with
REST APIs and database concepts
Basic knowledge of
Git / version control
Good communication and mentoring skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (added advantage)
Exposure to real-time projects or production environments
Knowledge of deployment basics is a plus
