We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade web applications. In this role, you will take ownership of complex systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a key part in developing high-performance, scalable products accessed across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and help modernize applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and define optimal implementation approaches.
• Design and prototype scalable solutions, contributing to end-to-end product development.
• Develop new features, modules, and enhancements while maintaining and optimizing existing systems.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to building products from the ground up.
• Implement and drive microservices-based architectures for large-scale web applications.
• Develop robust REST APIs and service-oriented components following API-first principles.
• Perform database design, tuning, optimization, and scaling using both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Handle large datasets efficiently with strong data processing and manipulation techniques.
• Collaborate in requirements gathering, user story creation, effort estimation, and sprint planning.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability through best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, and .NET Core.
• Solid frontend experience with React / ReactJS, or strong motivation to contribute to UI modernization.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and service-oriented frameworks.
• Proven expertise in MS SQL as well as NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and scalability.
• Experience working with large-scale data and implementing efficient data-handling strategies.
• Strong knowledge of modern integration patterns, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage responsibilities across multiple product areas.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architectures or service mesh technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive engineering mindset.
