Hiring: Full Stack Tech Lead (React | Next.js | .NET Core | Microservices | Travel Tech)

We're looking for a

Full Stack Tech Lead

with over

7 years of hands-on experience

in building scalable web applications using

React, Next.js, .NET Core, Microservices, SQL Server, and MongoDB

Tech Stack & Experience Required

:

Frontend

: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, Tailwind (preferred)

Backend

: .NET Core (C#), REST APIs, Microservices architecture

Databases

: MS SQL Server, MongoDB

Cloud & DevOps

(preferred): Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Tools

: Git, Postman, Swagger, JIRA, VS Code/Visual Studio

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead the design and development of full stack applications. Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions. Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and QA teams for high-performance delivery. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding best practices. Own project delivery timelines and ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to system architecture and future tech roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

:

7+ years of full stack development experience. Proven expertise in React, Next.js, and .NET Core. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native architectures. Previous experience in the

travel technology domain

(B2C, OTA, GDS integration, etc.) is a big plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
