Full Stack Mobile App Technical Lead (AI-Enabled)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Mobile App Technical Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and leading mobile application development. The role involves end-to-end ownership of mobile apps, backend services, technical decision-making, team guidance, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead mobile app development activities and guide junior developers Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices Review code and ensure performance, security, and scalability Take ownership of technical decisions and delivery

Mobile Application Development

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter / React Native Handle app lifecycle management, state management, and optimization Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver smooth user experiences Support app publishing and maintenance on Play Store and App Store Integrate AI/Generative AI features into applications

Backend & API Development

Design and develop backend services using Node.js / .NET / Java / Python Develop and consume RESTful APIs Manage databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Implement authentication, authorization, and data security

Cloud & DevOps

Deploy applications on Azure / AWS Support CI/CD pipelines and release management Monitor applications and resolve production issues

Collaboration

Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and stakeholders Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies Ensure timely delivery with quality standards

Required Skills

Strong experience in Flutter or React Native mobile application development

Hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js / ASP.NET Core / Java / Python

Strong knowledge of REST API design, development, and integration

Mandatory experience in integrating AI / Generative AI (LLM APIs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.

Experience working with AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, or automation solutions

Good understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI data integration concepts

Experience in prompt engineering and designing AI workflows

Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and release management

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership skills

Ability to mentor team members and drive technical decision-making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?75,000.00 per month
