We are hiring a

Flutter Developer (Fresher)

with a strong foundation in

Flutter and Dart

, who is enthusiastic about building modern mobile applications and eager to learn by working on real-time projects under the guidance of senior developers.

Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer, you will be involved in the

entire mobile application development lifecycle

--from UI implementation to API integration, testing, and optimization--while following best coding practices and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mobile applications using

Flutter & Dart

Convert

UI/UX designs

into functional, responsive Flutter screens Build

reusable widgets

and maintain modular, scalable code structures Integrate

REST APIs

and handle JSON data efficiently Implement and work with

state management solutions

(Provider / Riverpod / GetX - any one) Perform

debugging, testing, and bug fixing

Ensure

application performance, stability, and responsiveness

Follow coding standards, best practices, and

Git-based version control workflows

Collaborate with

UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams

Participate in

code reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions

Document code and development processes when required

Technical Skills RequiredCore (Must-Have)

Strong understanding of the

Flutter framework and Dart language

Knowledge of: Stateless & Stateful Widgets Layout widgets (Row, Column, Stack, ListView, GridView) Navigation & routing Responsive UI design Basic understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

concepts

REST API integration

and JSON parsing

Git & GitHub

basics (commit, push, pull)

Additional Knowledge (Good to Have)

Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging) Basic understanding of

APK / AAB build and deployment process

Familiarity with

Android & iOS platform basics

Experience with

form validation and error handling

Qualifications

Any graduate (

Computer Science / IT preferred, not mandatory

) Academic projects, internships, or personal Flutter projects are a plus

GitHub profile or sample apps

are highly preferred Certification is

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Work Mode:

On-site / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)
