Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack MERN Trainer to join our training team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the MERN stack to individuals or groups aiming to become proficient Full Stack Developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Develop training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and projects, covering MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

? Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development in Full Stack MERN development.

? Create engaging and interactive learning environments, fostering a collaborative atmosphere conducive to learning.

? Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding and practical application of the MERN stack.

? Keep training materials and curriculum up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

? Assist in mentoring and guiding trainees through projects and real-world scenarios to reinforce their learning.

? Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to enhance the training program's effectiveness.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field

Skills:

? Strong proficiency in Frontend & Backend for web development.

? Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.

? Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MongoDB, Node Js and related technologies.

? Experience in designing and conducting training programs or workshops, preferably in a technical field is plus.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.

? Dedication to staying updated with the latest advancements in Full Stack development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
