About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

MERN Stack Trainer

to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Full Stack development using the MERN stack and a flair for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on

MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

. Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments. Guide students through

hands-on coding, real-world projects, and problem-solving exercises

. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback. Assist in curriculum design and contribute to improving the training modules. Mentor and support students during internships or live projects (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise

in: MongoDB (NoSQL database) Express.js React.js (React Hooks, Redux) Node.js Good understanding of

REST APIs, MVC architecture, and web services

. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with

Git/GitHub, deployment (AWS/Heroku), and package managers (npm/yarn)

. Previous experience as a trainer/instructor/faculty OR mentoring experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) / MCA or equivalent.

2-5 years of professional experience

as a Full Stack Developer. Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage.
