Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)1. Website Development & Maintenance

Develop, update, and maintain company websites. Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. Conduct routine audits to identify and fix bugs, errors, and outdated components.

2. Platform Expertise & Customization

Build and customize websites on

Magento, Laravel, and WordPress

platforms. Manage, configure, and update plugins, extensions, and themes. Troubleshoot platform-specific issues and implement long-term solutions.

3. Security & Server Management

Monitor, manage, and secure hosting servers and DNS configurations. Implement safeguards against

bots, malware, and cyber-attacks.

Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and maintain compliance with IT policies.

4. Design, Features & User Experience

Collaborate with marketing and business teams to create new features, pages, and layouts. Ensure websites are

mobile-first, responsive, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.

Enhance visual design and functionality to improve customer engagement.

5. SEO & Performance Optimization

Apply on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, internal linking, etc.). Optimize

page load speed, performance, and content structure.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website rankings and visibility.

6. Technical Support & Coordination

Provide

timely technical support

for internal stakeholders. Liaise with marketing, IT, and management to align website updates with business needs. Document technical processes, updates, and system changes.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of

Magento, Laravel, and WordPress

(hands-on experience a must). Familiarity with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, MySQL). Experience with website hosting, DNS, and server configurations is a plus. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Implement safeguards against

bots, malware, and cyber-attacks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
