We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Full Stack with deep expertise across modern engineering stacks React Node js Python GoLang AWS cloud and AI ML integrations The ideal candidate should have hands on technical leadership experience delivering scalable platforms within the Mobility Convenience domain fuel retail EV charging mobility services convenience store tech last mile services etc This role is a hybrid of hands on development technical leadership solution design and domain driven delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership Lead coach and mentor full stack engineering teams across multiple agile squads Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions Conduct code reviews design reviews and ensure engineering best practices Guide the team in architecture patterns design decisions and technology selection Full Stack Engineering Deliver high quality applications using React TypeScript Redux Next js Build backend microservices using Node js Python and GoLang Develop REST GraphQL APIs implement event driven patterns and manage distributed systems Ensure high performance reliability and security across components Cloud Engineering AWS Architect and implement cloud native applications using AWS services o Lambda ECS EKS EC2 o DynamoDB RDS o API Gateway CloudFront o SNS SQS Kinesis o S3 IAM VPC Implement Infrastructure as Code CloudFormation Terraform Optimize cloud performance cost and security posture AI Integration Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI ML models into production workloads Build POCs using Python based AI frameworks and GenAI APIs Implement AI driven features for personalization demand prediction routing or automation Mobility Convenience Domain Expertise Lead engineering solutions for o Mobility solutions EV charging platforms fuel retail tech telematics o Loyalty payments and customer engagement o Convenience store digital platforms POS inventory promotions o Last mile delivery order management o Mobile apps for customer journeys fueling payments charging rewards etc Map domain workflows into scalable technical designs Delivery Collaboration Work closely with product managers architects QA and business stakeholders Active involvement in sprint planning backlog refinement estimation and release readiness Drive high quality releases through strong DevOps and automation practices

Education Experience Bachelor s master s degree in computer science Engineering or related field 8 14 years of experience in full stack engineering with 3 years in a technical leadership role AWS certifications preferred Solutions Architect Developer Agile Scrum certifications are a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile app development React Native Flutter Exposure to AI ML Ops or vector databases Weaviate Pinecone etc Domain knowledge in payments PCI compliance or digital commerce Experience with high scale customer facing mobility applications
