Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to lead development teams and deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and timely delivery Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise and microservices applications Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security Integrate microservices into existing system architecture and implement business logic Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases Implement message-driven architectures using Kafka Perform unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, and ensure code coverage with Jacoco Participate in code reviews, defect fixing, and production support Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain SDLC documentation standards

Professional Experience

6+ years in full-stack Java development 2+ years in technical lead or senior developer role Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and TDD SDLC ownership from design to deployment
Good to Have

Docker and Kubernetes experience CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) AWS certifications Performance tuning and optimization GraphQL knowledge
