The Role: Ready for Production

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our core engineering team. This is a high-impact role requiring a self-starter mindset and the confidence to jump straight into a

production environment

You will primarily use

Node.js

and must be eager to quickly master and contribute using modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Write, test, and deploy clean, scalable, and efficient code across the full stack. Rapidly acquire expertise in new technologies and frameworks, with an initial focus on quickly mastering

Meteor.js

. Collaborate with senior developers on system design, architecture, and feature implementation. Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure reliability and performance. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills)

This role is tailored for candidates who are either high-potential freshers or have up to one year of real-world experience.

Experience Profile: (Must meet one of the following)

High-Potential Fresher:

Proven track record of strong,

hands-on personal projects

that showcase deep coding ability and understanding of full-stack architecture.

Junior Developer:

6 months to 1 year

of development experience in a live, production-level project environment.
Technical & Soft Skills:

Deep Passion for Coding:

A demonstrable, measurable passion for programming and solving complex problems--not just for school or work, but for the craft itself.

JavaScript Mastery:

Strong understanding of modern

JavaScript (ES6+)

principles.

Back-end:

Solid foundational knowledge of

Node.js

and related technologies (Express, etc.).

Front-end:

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and core concepts of at least one modern front-end library/framework.

Self-Learner:

Exceptional motivation and a proven ability to

self-teach

and quickly adapt to new frameworks (e.g., you must be able to pick up

Meteor.js

and contribute rapidly). Experience with Git/version control. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
