Who are we looking for?

As a Fullstack Hands-on Engineering Manager/Lead, you will drive the technical direction, innovation, and development of AI-powered products. You'll manage the design, development, and deployment of scalable systems that power our AI customer support solutions, including chatbots, NLP, sentiment analysis, and intelligent lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

? Technology Strategy & Vision: Shape and execute the technical vision to align with the company's business objectives and market demands.

? Product Development: Lead the development of AI-powered customer support tools and features like chatbots, NLP, sentiment analysis, and lead generation systems.

? AI/ML Model Development: Oversee the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models (NLP, sentiment analysis, ML) for high-performance customer support solutions.

? Scalability & Infrastructure: Ensure technical architecture is robust, scalable, and ready to meet increasing customer demands as the business grows.

? Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

? Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and stakeholders to shape the product

roadmap and ensure technology decisions align with strategic goals.

? Tech Innovation and R&D: Stay current on emerging AI and ML technologies and drive the continuous improvement of our solutions.

? Security & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions meet data security and privacy standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Qualification & Attributes:

? At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in AI, ML, or SaaS is a plus.

? Expertise in both front-end and back-end development (web, mobile apps). ? Deep understanding of AI, ML algorithms, and NLP (preferred, but not mandatory). Hands-on experience in AI system development, processing, and analysing large datasets.

? Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

? A self-starter with a passion for building and scaling tech products in a startup environment.

? Ability to align technical direction with business goals and growth strategies.

? Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly based on customer needs or market changes.
