This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilitiesxe2x80x94guiding engineers, shaping architecture decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. We are looking for a hands-on leader and thought leader who takes ownership of their work and can lead by example while fostering a high-performing engineering culture. The ideal candidate is a full stack engineer with a strong background in modern web technologies, solid engineering fundamentals, and a passion for clean, scalable code in a fast-paced CI/CD environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback
  • Architect and build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit Testing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Own your code and projects from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users
  • Work in a fast-paced CI/CD Kanban environment and participate actively in feature development and bug resolution
  • Oversee development across multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Promote a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineering talent
  • Foster a culture of observability, performance monitoring, and system reliability
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate in BE/BTech/ MCA/MSc / MTech.
  • 12+ years of experience building scalable full stack web applications, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management capacity.
  • Solid programming skills in JavaScript, React.js / Node.js, Java, Spring boot. GoLang is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
  • Advanced experience working with both NoSQL and relational databases including development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Experience working in a Cloud environment (AWS or GCP preferred)Observability experience or willingness to learn
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes
  • User-centric mindset with a strong sense of empathy for the end user
  • Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring engineers and fostering team growth
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
