Full Stack Engineering Lead

to architect, develop, and scale next-generation web platforms. This role blends technical depth with leadership excellence--you'll guide a team of developers, shape system design decisions, and ensure seamless collaboration between product, design, and engineering to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Drive architecture and system design for scalable, high-performance web applications built on ReactJS and Node.js.

Team Development:

Mentor and upskill developers through regular code reviews, technical sessions, and career guidance.

End-to-End Ownership:

Lead the full software development lifecycle--from concept and planning to deployment and optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.

Best Practices:

Define and enforce standards for code quality, architecture, testing, and documentation.

API & Integration:

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and ensure smooth interoperability between frontend and backend systems.

Scalability & Security:

Oversee application performance tuning, load optimization, and security compliance.

Innovation:

Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system efficiency and developer productivity.

DevOps Alignment:

Support CI/CD implementation, cloud deployment, and monitoring strategies to ensure reliable and automated releases.

Culture Building:

Foster a collaborative engineering environment centered on innovation, accountability, and growth.

What You Bring

Experience:

6-10 years in full-stack engineering, with at least 2 years in a team or technical leadership capacity.

Frontend Expertise:

Deep knowledge of

ReactJS

, state management (Redux, Context API), and modern UI development practices.

Backend Mastery:

Strong hands-on experience with

Node.js

, Express.js/NestJS, and RESTful API design.

Architecture Skills:

Proven ability to design scalable, modular systems with microservices or serverless architecture.

Database & Cloud:

Proficiency with

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

and cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP

DevOps & CI/CD:
