Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user experiences and backend functionalities. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while also leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks and technologies, including Spring and Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
