Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Guide team members through technical challenges, code reviews, and career growth.
Actively participate in

2. Technical Ownership & Architecture
Own the architectural vision for the platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Drive
system design
decisions at both high and low levels, aligning with business goals and best practices.
Ensure robust architecture through cloud-native design and microservices implementation on
Microsoft Azure

3. Hands-on Full Stack Development
Lead by example with hands-on contributions in both
frontend (Angular)
and
backend (Java, C#)
development.
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, maintainable code for complex business requirements.
Build and integrate
RESTful APIs
and ensure best practices for system performance, scalability, and security.

4. AI & Innovation
Integrate
AI and machine learning frameworks
such as
RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
,
Agentic AI
,
Model Fine-Tuning
,
MCP (Model Control Protocols)
, and
A2A protocols
.
Collaborate with data science and product teams to embed AI-driven automation, intelligent decision-making, and next-gen analytics capabilities.

5. Database & Infrastructure
Design and optimize
SQL databases (MSSQL, etc.)
for performance, high availability, and scalability.
Implement and manage
Azure cloud services
like Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and related infrastructure.
Ensure system reliability through CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

6. Product Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with
Product Managers

Designers

Business Stakeholders
to align engineering outcomes with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
(sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) using tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.

7. Continuous Improvement & Learning
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends in
AI, cloud technologies, and full-stack development

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
6+ years in full-stack development, including 1+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
Technical Stack:
Proficiency in
Java
,
C#
,
Angular
, and
microservices architecture
.
Strong experience with
Azure
or other major cloud platforms.
Proven expertise in
SQL database design
, optimization, and data management.
Demonstrated ability to lead architecture and system design discussions for scalable SaaS applications.
Knowledge of
AI/ML integration
using frameworks like RAGs, Agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
CI/CD
pipelines and
Docker
for deployment automation.
Familiarity with
procurement
or
supply chain
systems and workflows.
