Full Stack Application Developer (B2B Focus)I. Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Full Stack Application Developer

to join our team, focusing on building and maintaining scalable, secure B2B software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across the entire technology stack--from front-end user interfaces to back-end API development and database management. This is a full-time, remote position requiring strict adherence to an overlapping US time zone schedule for collaborative development.

II. Key Responsibilities

The Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and code quality.

Backend Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable

RESTful APIs

and server-side logic (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java). Implement and manage database structures (SQL and/or NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Ensure security compliance and data protection across all server-side components.
Frontend Development & UI/UX

Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g.,

React, Angular, or Vue.js

). Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate UX requirements into high-quality code. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices.
Development Operations & Quality Assurance

Participate in the entire

CI/CD pipeline

, including automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and adhere to best practices for Git version control. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and systems to maintain stability.
III. Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, specifically working on B2B or SaaS applications. Expertise in a server-side language (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java) and one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular). Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
