Position Overview: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our B2B networking marketplace for construction professionals. Your expertise will be instrumental in building a platform that facilitates efficient communication, collaboration, and service management within the construction industry. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and will have the opportunity to shape the platform\'s architecture and user experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop robust and scalable front-end and back-end solutions for the B2B networking marketplace, ensuring optimal user experience and performance. Implement social media capabilities into the platform, enabling users to connect, share insights, and build professional relationships. Create intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction, while also ensuring the platform\'s responsiveness across various devices. Develop backend services and APIs that enable seamless data exchange, real-time updates, and efficient inquiry mapping between construction professionals. Integrate management software tools to streamline service requests, inquiries, and transactions, aiming for a hassle-free user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform functionality. Ensure the security and privacy of user data through best practices in authentication, authorization, and data encryption. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the platform\'s features and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferably from Tier I college. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web application projects. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular). Strong back-end development skills using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and experience with related frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Ruby on Rails). Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as designing databases (SQL or NoSQL) and optimizing query performance. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) is a plus. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing technical challenges. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: This is a full-time position located at Sector 132, Noida.(U.P.) The package would be around (5-7) lakhs per annum.
