Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach, ensuring that the services provided to clients are continuously improved and aligned with their needs. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical expertise to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features. - Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality. - Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of backend frameworks and databases. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment processes. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development life cycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
