Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to development. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping clients improve the services they provide, ensuring that the solutions are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
