About the Role

Vision Intelligence (UK-based) is expanding to India. We're seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to independently own features end-to-end in our AI-powered factory and inventory management SaaS platform.

Important: This is a direct contract with our UK entity (no Indian company currently). Indian registration may happen in 2025-26, with potential team management responsibilities for you.

What You'll Do

Own complete features: frontend (Vue.js) ? backend (Python APIs) ? AWS deployment ? testing Work directly with UK/US project managers on cutting-edge AI solutions Build SaaS applications for factory operations and inventory management Work from home after 2-3 months initial office onboarding in Bangalore
Required Skills

Technical (Must Have)

Vue.js or similar JS framework (React/Angular) Python backend API development (Flask/FastAPI/Django) Strong AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) Git, REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL) Writing comprehensive test cases
Domain Knowledge

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts Basic knowledge of factory operations Basic knowledge of inventory management systems SaaS application experience
Modern Development

Proficient with AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) Fast learner who debugs efficiently with AI assistance
Experience

Startup experience (required) Freelance/contract work (preferred) Full stack ownership of features
Communication

Fluent English (speaking/listening) - daily UK/US interactions Comfortable with async communication across time zones
