Lead Architect Delivery Hub The Lead Architect Delivery Hub plays a key role serving as subject matter expert to the support teams and works as per SAP defined product standards and architecture guidelines. Responsibilities o Learn, design, architect and develop resilient, scalable, and performant solutions as per SAP defined product standards and architecture guidelines. o Provide strong leadership on development support activities, strong technical guidance, design, and hands-on development. o Work supervision and provide technical direction, Quality checks on completed requests. o Point of contact for all technical discussions and Design approach to address the problem. o Being part of the software lifecycle from design to delivery, involvement in various parts of the product lifecycle is expected; from requirements gathering/analysis, prototyping, coding, diagnosing complex technical issues and mentoring of junior engineers. Qualifications, skills & Work experience o Experience: 15+ years of relevant industry/academia experience in software development and full product life cycles with Computer Science stream graduate. o Experience with programming languages: Have proficiency with Object-Oriented languages like ABAP, C#, Java etc. Experience with ABAP OO Java is a must-have competency. o Broad understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) functionality with deep knowledge in at least 2 functional areas. o Ability to design/create/maintain complex ERP systems. o Experience storing/retrieving data: Must have proficiency with database technologies. o Be a team player, be highly collaborative, i.e., an effective communicator willing to promote ideas but able to listen to/work with others. o Demonstrating a customer-focused attitude. o Result driven personality, high enthusiasm, energy, and confidence.
