Title: Full Stack Lead

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai (Hybrid)

About Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee and guide the development of web applications and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ASP.NET, React.js, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Docker, with strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions and RESTful APIs.
Lead the development and integration of front-end components with back-end services using react.
Optimize SQL queries and manage complex database structures with MS SQL Server.
Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation, automated testing, and application deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve architecture and development processes.

Skills (Must Have)

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using ASP.NET and React.js.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker.
Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and design principles.
Optimize application performance and security in a containerized microservices environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to API development, cloud deployments, and container orchestration.
Ensure CI/CD pipelines are in place for smooth and automated deployments.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud-native development.
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
Proficiency in React.js, including state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS).
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerized application development.
Experience in Azure cloud services, including AKS, App Services, Functions, and Storage solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, etc.).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting performance and security issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive project success.
