Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are both effective and efficient. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, as you strive to improve the overall user experience and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, particularly in a DevOps context. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
