Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the services provided to clients are efficient and effective. Your role will also include engaging in agile practices to adapt to changing requirements and continuously improve the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
