Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are both effective and efficient. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to emerging trends will be key components of your role, as you strive to provide high-quality outcomes for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress on projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server and Entity Framework. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
