Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user experiences while ensuring robust backend functionality. You will leverage innovative technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to your work. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving and creative thinking to enhance the services provided to clients, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud technologies and services. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
